Poor girl. She was caught for smoking second time. So, no excuse. She had to take cane on her knickers and also on bare bottom. Anyway she is fortunate. Teacher is not giving full swing strokes. However they are painful. But bearable, I think. She is wearing nice white knickers.
During our school days, canings on bottom were made for serious offences. Smoking was considered as such. Then boys who were got caught smoking were given caning on bottom. But on their shorts.
