The Movie is Confessions of a Young American Housewife directed by Joe Sarno. Jennifer Welles is the mother. The U.S. version doesn't have the hard core clips these do, but without an establishing shot, it's hard to tell if they're body doubles or not. Rebecca Brooks, aka Mary Mendum, is hot!
